IATA Registration

International air transport association (IATA) regulations require that aircraft operator employee and anyone involved in shipping hazardous materials by air receive an IATA hazmat shipping certification before they can transport dangerous goods by airplane.

Eligible Applicants

✤ Travel agency’s Sole owner, partners, stockholders must own at least 20% of the company shares and be listed in IATA agency records.
✤ Directors, managers, employees or any person holding a remunerated position involving the administration, marketing, finance or sale of travel.
✤ Independent consultant – a person working for a travel agency pursuant to a written contract or agreement in compliance.

Documents Required For IATA

✤ IATA application duly filled up and signed.
✤ Full set balance sheet & profit and loss A/C along with audit report.
✤ List of staff, their resume and appointment letter and experience certificate.
✤ Copy of pan card and passport of authorized person.
✤ automation declaration From CRS.
✤ Copy GST registration certificate.
✤ Copy of registration under shop. & establishment act.
✤ Two copies of letter head.
✤ Copy of office ownership or rent agreement.
✤ Reference letter from bank.
✤ Photographs of  the office I.E. exterior and interior view of the office
✤ Copy IATA certificate for 2 employees.
